[PLAYLIST] Beautiful Ballads!

Music is something that can have a real effect on you emotionally, and ballads are sure to do just that. They allow a singer to show off their true vocal talent with minimal interference from auto-tuners and other modern post-production pop music tools. They are also the songs most often used in our favourite K-drama series as they can often capture the most complex of human feelings and emotions and illustrate them with near perfect eloquence through their sound and lyrics.

We have gathered a small selection of Korean ballads for you here, but be sure to comment with your favourites below the article. There are certainly a plethora to choose from! Lets get ready to get emotional!

Drama: The Asian Way.

Body swapping in "Secret Garden' with Hyun Bin and Ha Ji Won

“Is this the drama with the girl who dresses up as a boy, but then dresses up as a girl and sneaks into an all boys’ school?” Asks my brother as he absent-mindedly plays on his phone whilst offering a running commentary on the drama I am currently watching.

This has become a running joke between us, used whenever I start trying to discuss any of the South Korean or Japanese dramas I have watched in the past.

[Read On UnitedKPop].

Clearly, this drama is not exactly new, but it is arguably one of the most popular Korean series of the 2000s. I’m sure that most Korean drama fans have seen this series, so continue reading and see if you agree with this review. If you have yet to watch it, see if this coverage ignites your interest for it at all!
